Engineering Science Solutions & Software, LLC (ES³) was started by Isaac Shokair in the summer of 2018 after 32 years at Sandia National Laboratories. At Sandia, Dr. Shokair worked on a broad range of science and engineering disciplines including electron beam propagation in ionized channels, electromagnetic launch, lidar remote sensing, radiation detection, and statistical data analysis.

During the later years at Sandia, the emphasis was mostly on statistical data analysis and development of methods, algorithms, and software tools for optimized spectral detection for radiation and remote sensing applications.

Our objective is to provide quality support and innovative solutions for scientific and engineering R&D in computational physics, remote sensing, statistical data analysis, sensor data fusion, as well as development of application software. Our support can be utilized at any stage of project development and execution including solution method development, algorithm development, implementation in user applications, and analysis of provided data. For software development, we use object-oriented programming and sound design practices for graphical user interfaces (Microsoft Windows). 

We are also interested in collaboration on proposals for which our expertise is complimentary.  In addition, we will be conducting independent research which will be reported periodically on this web site.  Also, in-house developed software applications and utilities will be posted on an upcoming "Utilities & Software" page.  Please check this site page periodically for new additions.
